Reflecting on the main things that you like doing, or the things you’re best at can be a way of guiding us towards finding our meaning and purpose. It can also be helpful to think of ourselves in terms of our character strengths. The main thing is to take the pressure off, as it can seem daunting to not immediately be able to articulate your meaning and purpose, however, for many people, this is something that develops over the course of a lifetime.
