We understand that it can be difficult to make the first contact. We aim to make this as smooth as possible for you. We encourage you to call us sooner rather than later. We will be happy to discuss your needs and help you with referrals, choosing a psychologist, Medicare or billing enquiries. If our service is not the best fit for you we will endeavour to suggest another service for you to follow up with.
Sue, Denise, Julie, Dianne, Jacqui, Melissa and Helen are all here to help with administrative support.
We have administration cover in both buildings, Mondays to Fridays. Evening administrative support is available in at least one of the buildings Mondays to Thursdays.
We have EFTPOS and Medicare Easyclaim facilities and receipts for private health insurance rebate can also be arranged. HICAPS will be available in the near future.
