Behind every successful practice is a great administration team. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss appointments or receive information on our services.
We understand that it can be difficult to make the first contact. We aim to make this as smooth as possible for you. We encourage you to call us sooner rather than later. We will happily discuss your needs and help you with referrals, choosing a psychologist, Medicare or billing enquiries. If our service is not the best fit for you we will endeavour to suggest another service for you to follow up with.
Sue, Jacqui, Shelley, Jemma, Sally and Rowan are all here to help with administrative support. Ellie and Joanna are also a part of our casual admin team.
We have administration cover in both buildings. The administrative team are available until 5:45 pm on Mondays and Fridays and 6:00pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
We have EFTPOS and HICAPS facilities. Medicare claims can be lodged online after your appointment.
