Our interest in community education is reflected in our frequent contributions to newspaper articles. For example, we contribute a monthly column to The Geelong Advertiser where we have posted approximately 150 mental health and wellbeing articles. Click here for previous articles.

Chris and his son, Rowan, co-host our practice podcast, Psych Spiels and Silver Linings, which has posted over 100 episodes so far on a wide range of topics related to mental health, well-being and psychotherapy.

Chris was the production psychologist for the positive psychology documentary, How to Thrive. Local screenings can be arranged following the limited national cinema release in October, 2022.

Chris was the resident psychologist and a regular presenter on Destination Happiness, a TV well-being show that aired for three seasons on Saturdays on Channel 9 across Australia. Chris presented the “Happy Mind” segment each week, involving brief tips based on the science of positive psychology. Chris had a regular radio guest spot on “Talking Synchronicity” for three years with Roxie Bennett and Daryl Reader on Bay FM 93.9 Geelong. Callers related their stories of striking and meaningful coincidences. Past episodes can be accessed at Talking Synchronicity radio interviews in 2019.
