It takes time to find your calling. What career or line of work might suit us? In a meeting of over 100 business leaders in Geelong, over a third indicated that they had undertaken a significant career shift at one point in time. The notion of choosing a life direction can be confronting. This article explores the notion that, for many, one’s calling doesn’t immediately present itself and you don’t necessarily need to have found it to be happy.
