- Barwon Health Mental Health Triage (in Geelong) – 1300 094 187 (24 hours a day)
Barwon Health’s Adult Mental Health Services provides community and in-patient services for people aged 16 to 65 years, who are affected by serious complex mental illness.
- Kid’s Help Line – 1800 55 1800 (24 hours a day for ages 5-25)
Kids Helpline is Australia’s only free (even from a mobile), confidential 24/7 online and phone counselling service for young people aged 5 to 25.
Qualified counsellors at Kids Helpline are available via WebChat, phone or email anytime and for any reason.

24-hour national sexual assault, family and domestic violence counselling line for any Australian who has experienced, or is at risk of, family and domestic violence and/or sexual assault.
- Safe Steps Family Violence Response Centre – 1800 015 188 (24 hours a day)
Safe Steps provides specialist support services for anyone in Victoria who is experiencing or afraid of family violence. They have a 24/7 crisis phone line.
- Sexual Assault Crisis Line – 1800 806 292 (after hours, 5pm to 9am in Victoria)
The Sexual Assault Crisis Line Victoria (SACL) is a state-wide, after-hours, confidential, telephone crisis counselling service for people who have experienced both past and recent sexual assault.
- Mensline Australia – 1300 78 99 78 (24 hours a day for men and boys)
Supports men and boys who are dealing with family and relationship difficulties. 24/7 telephone and online support and information service for Australian men.
- Sexual Assault and Family Violence Centre Crisis Hotline – 1800 806 292 (24 hours a day for those in the Barwon and Wimmera districts)
This service is open and available to support people impacted by sexual assault and women, children and young people experiencing family violence.
